lovers continents apart
haven't seen each
other in months
he's in Sweden
she's in Tokyo
he called to tell her
he missed her
the call was a day late
she got mad as hell
didn't believe his flimsy
excuse
now he wants her back
she just might accept
who knows
maybe it would work
as long as he doesn't
call her
