55 FFF ~ One (wo)man's treasure is another (wo)man's...

Happy New Year to anybody I may have missed, have a wonderful year!

Full moon photographed
with my macro lens-Oct 10

I’ve lost count of the times
my fingers traced over
the soft black cover of
my journal...
every stroke of pencil
like a whisper to a lover
under a pregnant moon
each word traced between
straight lines - a piece of me
the ebb an flow of inspiration
doubts, wounded emotions
and love, always love

***

A new year and so many things I can't bear to leave behind, so I'm not leaving 'em.
Yup...emotional, attached...me
