Allusive by Night...

Dream-scape sky, in your vast silence
hear a beloved's cry, call to a distant lover--a sigh,
whose visage sought by darkest night, a star ship
sailing stellar streams of moonbeams;

seeking to return the favor amidst iced crystal
drops found halo bright, held tight by southern lights;
Come love, behold the constellations within His embrace.

If you've written 55 words, no more no less, drop
in on G-Man, leave a comment and he will happily
pay you a visit.

Looking forward to reading lots of 55's this week. Have a great Friday and weekend. :)

  1. It is in whispering the cry, that the loudness of it, in the silence is heard.

  2. Astronomy has never been so romantically expressed.
    Flowed beautifully and excellent imagery.

  3. Wow, I'm floating in the heavens now..

  4. Are you still working on the Love series then? This makes a nice addition, a good counterpoint.

  5. You have the ability to stir Great Emotion Eaton.
    And I do mean stir... :-)
    Thanks for the beautiful journey.
    Have a Wonderful Week-End...G

  6. Wow! as I read it I was reminded of the observatory I had visited last week!

    This is so fantastically put!
