My city - Melbourne
Night-time
full of secrets stalking alleys,
waiting impetuously around every corner
to fulfill dark promises made as day slips into black.
Glaring street lights see into every naked nook,
every infidelity - every nasty deed
insidiously swallowing the day’s spent light
and yet,
innocent, your beauty transforms the very night
that keeps your secrets.

Great words and picture. Yes, the dangerous is so often beautiful. A strange contradiction, isn't it?
